IVS - Code of Conduct
Scope
This Code of Conduct applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, interns, and temporary staff of the Company, regardless of role, seniority, or location.
Professional Conduct
- Employees must act professionally, ethically, and respectfully at all times.
- Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behavior of any kind is prohibited.
- All interactions with colleagues, clients, and partners must be conducted with integrity and courtesy.
Compliance With Laws and Policies
- Employees must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
- Internal company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations must be followed at all times.
- Violations of law or company policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
Conflicts of Interest
- Employees must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with company interests.
- Any potential or actual conflict of interest must be disclosed to management immediately.
- Employees may not use their position for personal gain.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
- Confidential company, client, and employee information must not be disclosed without authorization.
- Access to data must be used strictly for business purposes.
- Employees must comply with all data protection and privacy regulations applicable to their role.
Use of Company Assets
- Company equipment, systems, and resources are to be used for business purposes only.
- Unauthorized use, misuse, or damage of company property is prohibited.
- Employees are responsible for safeguarding company assets assigned to them.
Workplace Behavior and Environment
- The Company maintains a professional, safe, and inclusive work environment.
- Violence, threats, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
- Employees must comply with workplace safety, security, and access control procedures.
Communication and Representation
- Employees may not speak on behalf of the Company without proper authorization.
- Public statements, social media activity, and client communications must not harm the Company’s reputation.
- Branding, messaging, and client-facing communication must follow company guidelines.
Reporting Misconduct
- Employees are required to report any suspected misconduct, policy violation, or unethical behavior.
- Reports may be made to management or the HR department.
- Retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited.
Disciplinary Actions
- Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action.
- Disciplinary measures may include warnings, suspension, or termination, depending on severity.
- The Company reserves the right to take legal action where applicable.
Acknowledgment
All employees are required to acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct.
Failure to comply with this Code may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
