IVS - Attendance Policy
Check-In Requirement
- Employees must check in 5 minutes before their scheduled shift start time.
- This applies to all shifts, without exception.
Lateness Rules
- Arriving up to 10 minutes late is recorded but does not trigger deductions.
- Arriving later than 10 minutes will result in attendance deductions.
- Deductions increase based on total lateness duration.
Major Lateness
- Being late by more than 3 hours results in a full day deduction.
- Being late by 4 hours or more without valid justification results in:
- A full day deduction, and
- A written warning.
Justification
- Any valid reason must be communicated as early as possible to:
- Your team leader and to hr@ivs.global
- Approval of justification is at IVS discretion.
General Rules
- Attendance is tracked via the official IVS attendance system.
- Employees are responsible for ensuring accurate and timely check-ins.
- Repeated lateness may lead to further disciplinary action.
